We lead research partnership and compliance efforts for the institution and are responsible for reporting requirements to the UNC System, state, and federal entities. We also administer and coordinate internal and external institutional surveys to inform research, policy, and practice.

Survey Administration Regulation & Procedures - NCSSM community members interested in conducting surveys with NCSSM students, employees, or alumni must submit a request on a  Survey Proposal Form. For information about the form and the review process, review the Survey Administration Regulation & Procedures and contact Dr. Paul Namaste (paul.namaste@ncssm.edu) in the Office or Institutional Effectiveness with any questions.

• Prevent unnecessary survey burden

• Protect data and human subjects

• Ensure effective survey design and implementation

• Provide meaningful use of results to inform and guide improvement
